30 days to change your mind.
Return any item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email support with your order number first — we'll send the return address and instructions. Return shipping is covered by the buyer unless the item is defective.
If a display arrives dead or damaged, send us a short video or photos within 7 days — we ship a replacement immediately, no return needed in most cases.
Manufacturing defects within 12 months are repaired or replaced free of charge. The warranty excludes physical damage, liquid ingress and unauthorized modification.
Refunds are issued to your original PayPal account within 3 business days of the returned item arriving at our warehouse.
